About Course

The Governance and Policy in Higher Education course examines the governance structures of higher education institutions, including the role of boards, faculty governance, and the impact of state and federal policies on higher education.

Students will analyze how policy decisions shape the strategic direction of universities and colleges. The course will also explore the relationships between different governance bodies and how they influence institutional decision-making and policy implementation.
