Professor Wallace is an accomplished educator, admissions professional, and leadership advisor with over 20 years of experience in higher education, workforce development, and student advocacy. He currently serves as an Adjunct Business Instructor at multiple institutions, including San Jacinto College, Florida Coastal University, and Wayne County Community College, where he teaches courses in business, management, leadership, communication, and life skills—both online and face-to-face.
Professor Wallace holds a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix, Master of Leadership from Trident University, a Master of Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University. He is also the founder of ThroughPeace, a conflict-resolution and leadership consulting organization, and has been a featured leadership speaker, trainer, and mediator for educational institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations.
