Dr. Charles Massimo is a Graduate Level-University Instructor, researcher, and public administration scholar with more than a decade of experience in higher education teaching, research, academic leadership, and curriculum development. His expertise spans public and business administration, organizational behavior, ethical leadership, public policy, governance, project management, institutional capacity building, and Public–Private Partnerships (PPPs). His work in PPPs includes examining governance frameworks, policy design, and collaborative models that strengthen public sector infrastructure and service delivery.
He has taught both undergraduate and graduate students and has held academic leadership roles involving curriculum design, quality assurance, research supervision, and program administration. His teaching approach emphasizes critical thinking, applied learning, ethical decision making, and scholarly inquiry, with a strong focus on connecting theory to contemporary organizational and leadership challenges.
