I'm Professor Richards and I'll be your professor for this class. A bit about me:
Before starting in academia, I spent 20 years in healthcare information technology as a programmer, systems analyst, project manager, and finally, a multinational program manager. I've held multiple positions in various levels of management, including managing marketing campaigns for new product launches.
I have a Ph.D. in Organizations and Management, a specialization in interactive (e-)marketing, and have taught undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral courses for many years. My professional research interests include leadership, management, process efficiency, and innovation.
